I. GENERAL INFORMATION                    

1. Time and place

• Time: from 08:00 – 17:00 in 02 days 02 – 03/12, 2024
• Venue:National Convention Center, 57 Pham Hung, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi

2. Content:

• Businesses will meet, connect 1: 1 to introduce products/solutions, consult and cooperate with Vietnamese localities or application units.
• Localities or businesses looking for digital transformation solutions and building smart cities will connect, meet and be consulted by leading experts in Smart City.

3. Participation benefits

• Support to introduce, send profile information to potential customers in each field according to the database of the Organizing Committee – VINASA inviting to meet and cooperate at the summit.
• Make appointments with potential customers who match the field and criteria that businesses desire.
• Arrange and coordinate matching to consult digital transformation solutions for potential customers
• 01 matching table in 2 days 02 – 03/12, 2024 in the Summit or online platform via Zoom according to the appropriate working schedule.
• Compiled reports of business meetings.

4. Participation fee 

*Special offers for businesses are: VINASA members; winners of awards organized by VINASA in 2024: Sao Khue Award, Top10 ICT, Smart City Award

5. General provisions

• Contact the BTC representative for a preferential price
• The VINASA is responsible for general security and safety, while businesses are responsible for security and safety within the scope of operation of the unit during the Summit period.
• Businesses participating in business matching need to comply with regulations on security and safety at the venue of the Summit.
• The businesses are responsible for compensating for damage to the equipment of the matching table provided by the VINASA.
• The VINASA is not responsible for problems arising from the non-implementation of the above-mentioned regulations

II. IMPLEMENTATION STEPS

Step 1: Register for Business matching

Directly with the organizers or at https://smartcitysummit.vn/tai-tro/

BConvention 2: Payment

• Sign a contract
• Payment documents: contract, payment request letter, valid receipt
• Payment of participation fee:

Payment term: after 05 working days from the date of signing the contract.

Payment method:

o    By cash at VINASA office: 11th floor, City Intellectual Palace Building, No. 1 Ton That Thuyet, Cau Giay, Hanoi.

o    Transfer to:

Account name: Vietnam Software and IT Services Association

TK: 0491000048212 – At: Vietcombank, Thang Long branch.

Step 3: Provide information, businesses send back the Organizer the following documents

• Logo of the unit (high quality image file)
• Unit website link
• Introduction file about the product, solution or service that the business wants to   communicate.
• Fields and criteria of desired leads.
