FLOOR PLAN

I. GENERAL INFORMATION                         

1. Time and location

  • Time: 08:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m. on 02nd – 03rd December, 2024
  • Location: National Convention Center, 57 Pham Hung Str., Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi

2. Exhibition booth/counter specifications (demo)

Specifications:

Standard booth

  • Booth size: 3m x 2m
  • Backdrop size (provided by exhibitor): 3m x 2.5m
  • Equipment: 01 desk, 02 chairs, 01 socket, 01 Tivi
Counter

  • Booth size: 1,5m x 2m
  • Backdrop size (provided by exhibitor): 1.5m x 2.5m
  • Equipment: 01 desk, 02 chairs, 01 socket

(Can be adjusted depending on reality and will notify the exhibitor in advance)

  • Register for 02 booths/raw space equivalent to 12m2 to get a discount of USD 400/booth
  • Register from the 3rd booth/raw space equivalent to 18m2 to get a discount of USD 600/booth

5. General rules and regulations

  • Registration deadline: 15% discount by November 15th, 2024. Contact Organizer representative for preferential prices
  • The Organizer is responsible for security and general safety. Exhibitors are responsible for security and safety within their booth throughout the duration of the exhibition
  • Exhibitors need to comply with security and safety regulations at the exhibition location
  • Exhibitors are responsible for compensation for damage to standard booth equipment provided by the Organizer
  • The Organizer is not responsible for problems arising due to failure to comply with the above regulations

II. Registration instructions

Step 1: Register for an exhibition booth/counter

Directly contact with the Organizer representative or at the Summit website https://smartcitysummit.vn/dang-ky-trien-lam/

Step 2: Payment

  • Sign the contract
  • Payment documents: contract, payment request letter, valid receipt
  • Payment of participation fee:
    • Payment term: after 05 working days from the date of signing the contract
    • Payment methods

By cash: at VINASA office, 11th floor, 11Flr, Cung Tri Thuc Bldg., 01 Ton That Thuyet Str, Hanoi, Vietnam

By transfer:

Step 3: Provide information, Exhibitors send back to the Organizer the following documents:

  • Exhibitors’ logo (high-quality image file)
  • Exhibitors’ website (if any)
  • Booth design file size 3m x 2.5m (for standard booth backdrop)
  • Provide information about the representative on duty at the booth and participating in the conference (full name, title, phone number, email)

Deadline for sending information: no later than November 27th, 2024

*** For Exhibitors with online booths, please send back the following information:

  • Exhibitors logo (file .jpg, 500kb – 2Mb)
  • Exhibitors introduction video on YouTube (maximum 05 minutes) to upload on websites
  • Link to download the Exhibitors profile for BTC to add online store (for view/share format)
  • Online booth representative information (full name, phone number, email (account) to create Quickom)
  • Set up a Quickom CONTACT Center account (quickom.com/downloads) to receive Video conference
  • Note: the email to register for a Quickom account must be the email of the staff on duty at the booth, to respond and interact with customers

Step 4: Receive booths and participate in exhibitions

  • Staging and decoration: 10:00 p.m. on 1st December 2024
  • Exhibition: 08:30 a.m. – 05:30 p.m. on 2nd – 3rd December 2024
