The Seminar focused on the following topics: applying AI in decision-making, urban data forecasting, increasing government-citizen interaction and transparency, and introducing effective implementation models in Vietnam. Thereby helping the government operate flexibly, save resources and improve service quality.

The event is also an opportunity to connect localities and technology enterprises, aiming to form a cooperation network to develop AI for smart cities, propose recommendations and practical pilot models, serving the goal of building modern, sustainable and humane cities.
