  • IT solution providers (sellers) will meet and introduce/consult their solutions face to face with local companies or government agencies (buyer).
  • Local companies or government agencies will be consulted by smart city IT solution providers or experts.

3. Benefits

  • To be introduced to potential partners/customers about your solutions.
  • To be arranged face to face meetings with potential partners/customers at the 2-day event or via online meeting platforms.
  • To receive a meeting report and photos.

5. Policies

  • Register before 15 November 2023 to enjoy 15% discount policies.
  • VINASA to be responsible for general security and safety of the whole event and its participants, while businesses to be responsible for security and safety within the meetings conducted with their partners.
  • Parties participating in business matching service need to comply with regulations on security and safety and to compensate for damage to any equipment provided by the VINASA.
  • In the event of any party’s not complying to the above-mentioned terms thus causing any problem to any other party, VINASA to be exempted from resolving responsibilities.

II. PARTICIPATION STEPS

Step 2: Payment

  • Two parties sign the contract
  • Payment documents provided: contract, payment request letter, valid receipt
  • Payment policies:

Time: within 05 working days from the date of signing the contract.

    • By cash at VINASA office: 11th floor, Cung Tri Thuc Thanh pho Building, No. 1 Ton That Thuyet, Cau Giay, Hanoi.

Step 3: Participant to provide VINASA the following documents:

  • Company logo (.png/.jpg)
  • Company website URL
  • Company and solutions brochures
  • Potential customers/partners background information

Step 4: Participant to receive the meeting schedule and conduct the meetings at the event
